Scope of Work: Help company increase cash flow in light of declining sales.
Results: Analyzed ROWC on core customer acquisition strategies, and found a successful but underfunded client acquisition process. Recommended reallocating some working capital from an underperforming marketing process in order to double the capital going to the successful one. $250M annualized EBITDA impact.

$6MM DIRECT MAIL OPERATION
Scope of Work: Turnaround mail order operations.
Results: Shifted working capital to delivery service setup, reduced inventory, increased orders by 40%.

$40MM HVAC/R WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTOR
Scope of Work: Turn around 17 location wholesaler losing $(2.5)MM per annum into profitable company, prepare for sale and find buyers.
Results: In 18 month timeframe, created $5MM in sustainable ongoing EBITDA and sold company into pieces to three different buyers all at a positive return to the venture capital company who hired.

$70MM DISTRIBUTION COMPANY
Scope of Work: Add at least $10MM in enterprise value to company within 18 months.
Results: Identified $1.6MM in EBITDA improvements, managed execution. One year later the company received offer $25MM in excess of last year’s valuation. 

SYNDICATE PROGRAMMING DISTRIBUTOR
Scope of Work: Grow revenue.
Results: Added $2.5MM in sales by focusing on local portion of ad revenue.

Scope of Work: Board of Advisors.
Results: Successful and fast-growing flexible packaging company needed an outside perspective to help manage growth. Exodus identified 3 key areas that needed to be improved before they became bottlenecks, and recommended 2 inexpensive software systems to help management keep tabs on key metrics while spending less time micro-managing employees.
