Exodus Capital Advisors is a business advisory firm that increases efficiency or working capital for lower middle market companies.

Founded in 2004, Exodus developed a unique Return on Working Capital (ROWC) method which combines our more than five decades of experience building, buying, and selling companies.  Our method determines current working capital yields, suggests working capital reallocations to activities with higher yields, and identifies and harvests new cash flow opportunities.  

Exodus founders are entrepreneurs and business owners, who have launched, built and sold companies. At Exodus we believe success in business is defined by an eventual exit. It’s that “exit mindset” that focuses our work on maximizing efficiency. Working capital efficiency is key to higher cash flow and, therefore, higher enterprise value.
